1.1 Purpose
本咨詢通告為(wèi)正在或已取得民(mín)航局設計批準的民(mín)用(yòng)航空産(chǎn)品和零部件獲得外國(guó)設計批準接受或認可(kě)提供一般指導。
This Advisory Circular (AC) provides guidance on obtaining a foreign acceptance or validation of civil aeronautical product and article which has been received or applied for a CAAC design approval.

 本咨詢通告依據以下文(wén)件制定：
This AC is formulated under the authority of the following documents:

1.3 Applicability
本咨詢通告适用(yòng)于型号合格證（ TC ）、型号設計批準書（TDA）、補充型号合格證（STC）、改裝(zhuāng)設計批準書（MDA）、 技(jì )術标準規定項目批準書（CTSOA）或零部件制造人批準書（PMA）申請人或持有(yǒu)人，依據民(mín)航局與進口國(guó)民(mín)航當 局（CAA）關于航空産(chǎn)品和零部件的雙邊适航協議文(wén)件要 求，為(wèi)有(yǒu)關民(mín)用(yòng)航空産(chǎn)品或零部件取得進口國(guó)設計批準接受或認可(kě)的情況。
