XIAMEN AIRLINES GENERAL CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE  FOR  PASSENGER AND BAGGAGE ARTICLE

1 定義
1. DEFINITIONS
 《廈門航空有(yǒu)限公(gōng)司旅客、行李國(guó)際運輸總條件》（以下簡稱“條件”）中(zhōng)的下列用(yòng)語，除具(jù)體(tǐ)條款中(zhōng)有(yǒu)其它要求或另有(yǒu)明确規定外，含義如下：
In Xiamen Airlines General Conditions of Carriage for International Passengers and Baggage (hereinafter referred to as Conditions), except where the context otherwise requires or where it is[m1] otherwise expressly provided, the following expressions have the meanings respectively assigned to them, that is to say:
1.1 “公(gōng)約”指根據合同規定适用(yòng)于該項運輸的1929年10月12日在華沙簽訂的《統一國(guó)際航空運輸某些規則的公(gōng)約》（簡稱“華沙公(gōng)約”）、1955年9月28日在海牙簽訂的《修改1929年10月12日在華沙簽訂的統一國(guó)際航空運輸某些規則的公(gōng)約的議定書》（簡稱“海牙議定書”）和1999年5月28日在蒙特利爾簽訂的《統一國(guó)際航空運輸某些規則的公(gōng)約》（簡稱“蒙特利爾公(gōng)約”）。
1.1 “CONVENTION” means the following instruments that are applicable to air transportation according to the contract: Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air signed on 12 October 1929 at Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Warsaw Convention”), the Protocol to Amend the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air signed at Warsaw on 12 October 1929,done at the Hague on 28 September 1955 (hereinafter referred to as “Hague Protocol”) and the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air signed at Montreal on 28 May 1999 (hereinafter referred to as “Montreal Convention”).
1.2 “國(guó)際運輸”指根據旅客運輸合同，其出發地點、約定經停地點和目的地點中(zhōng)有(yǒu)一個或一個以上的地點不在中(zhōng)華人民(mín)共和國(guó)境内的航空運輸。
1.2 “INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE” means carriage in which, according to a contract of carriage, one or more places of departure, destination and agreed stopping place is/are situated outside the People’s Republic of China.
